PAYMENT
Payments can be made using major credit cards like Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Diners, CUP, JCB, and Maestro.
Additionally, we offer the option to pay through various methods such as Affirm, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Paypal, or Pay Now by Klarna, depending on your location.
SHIPPING
Handling times are 2-5 days, not including weekends. Handling time is the number of days between when we receive payment for an item and when your shipping carrier scans your package.

Fine Jewelry purchases may take a little longer due to stock. But, generally will ship on time.

Getting your order to you fast and safely matters the most to us. If you have purchased over a certain amount we may require a signature.

We ship most items via USPS. On occasion, we may use FedEx, we reserve the right to select carriers at our discretion.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 14-day return policy. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.

Refunds can take up to 7 business days to reach your customer's credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
